LORVEX Returns Policy
Eligible Products have a standard return window of 14 calendar days from delivery.
Product eligibility
Product-specific restrictions or exceptions may apply. Products marked non-returnable are excluded from the standard return policy. Return eligibility is subject to the Product and order policy applicable when the order was placed.
Return methods
Returns may be made through an eligible Branch or Store, or through the approved Courier return process, as applicable. Courier returns require the applicable LORVEX return authorization process.
Return shipping responsibility
Wrong, damaged, defective, or materially not-as-described Product returns use merchant-side return-shipping responsibility under the applicable LORVEX process. For eligible change-of-mind returns, the buyer or customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges
Exchange eligibility is separate and Product-specific.
